openField somatics is the new umbrella I use as a practitioner to encompasses the varying modalities I offer after operating under Method Massage since 2016.

From my longest lineage of massage & bodywork to the newest evolutions of biodynamic Craniosacral and Somatic Coaching, these are all tools to remember our inherent to connection to ourselves, our loved ones, our community, and the world at large.

I have lived in Berlin since 2012 after moving here from Portland, Oregon. I studied in Toronto ONT at Sutherland Chan University and completed the 2200 HR certification where I specialized in deep tissue massage ,trigger point work, lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage.

My practice is inclusive, gender affirming, body positive, and lives to uphold the inherent dignity and worth of every human.
